I engaged Shalom Medcare for work related purposes to take senior citizens for an outing. The vehicles can take passengers on wheelchair as well as ambulant adults. Safe ride and pleasant journey. Shalom Medicare has been my sole wheelchair transfer provider for more than 6 months. I engage their services on a weekly basis, and they are always punctual in sending us to the different locations. They have a team of dedicated drivers, and are also supported by other drivers in their network. Most importantly, the charges are reasonable, it’s really value for money. It was easy, hassle-free and fast to make a booking for the wheelchair taxi/transport service.  I made a last minute change of return venue, no issues - of course it was still within my initial venue vacinity lah...

The transporter@medical transporter - not a mere delivery driver mind you - they know their business well.  They handle my mother, who is wheelchaired onto and down their transport professionally.  Basically if you are the accompanying adult, you just relax one corner.

And the price, I would say cool for a wheelchair taxi/transport.

Find it very assuring that Mr Low is prompt, responsive and assuring. My dad is new in wheelchair and going about his medical appt in an unfamiliar setting can be daunting. Mr low is patience and able to lead my parents with due care. Will not hesitate to call him again.
